I like these "bite-size" acquisitions too. They're reasonaby uncomplicated and easy to digest. Granted, they're not "transformative leaps", but again it's nice to see Bryant and his team deliver so quickly after what he discussed on the results call. All these bullet points on the announcement make good sense to me:
"The announced acquisitions are consistent with RFF’s strategy to acquire assets which:
• may benefit from productivity improvements
• add to the frequency of rent reviews
• are in sectors in which RFM has experience and expertise
• enhance diversification by sector, climatic zone and lessee."
