The deeper diamonds were actually better than people may realize imo. They prove the structure down to 400m, so the surface resource can be extrapolated by a multiple in some ways. In other words, the surface resource is the tip of the iceberg.

The main take away is that the structure is there and drilling into this structure looking for large gold widths would be luck more than anything. The gold is there but i doubt bc8 will ever have a very large resource for obvious reasons. They will keep drilling as they use resource up and that can go on for years when you look at similar deposits. They will have several open pits and resource open at depth. I reckon they might go for production next year and given their location and grade, it should be fine.

I dont know how  much it would cost to build this sort of mine, but it should be cheap and near surface. They could hire contractors and toll treat it if they wanted. I also think that when they get over 150-200k ounces, they could sell the whole box and dice to a local miner and let them put it through their plant. Either that, or they get taken out sometime late next year. We should remember that BC8 only has 55m shares on issue for a market cap of less than $6m with approx $2.8m cash in the bank. We are not paying for what they really have proven up so far imo.
