re: Ann: Qube Completes Placement to Support ... Overall this looks good for Qube IMO. The issue increase the number of shares by just over 7% (not a small amount). There is some dilution of value for existing shareholders, but the net tangible asset base of the company will increase significantly.
$85M will come in handy as Qube grows. And what are the prospective aquisitions 'across the three disions". QUB seems not to make a false move at the moment. Going well.
