In the stock markets you are never short of people putting out good ideas, but rarely the technology will have a material market impact if succeed, that's what I always see as one of the key criteria when it comes to specs, if this thing gets the ball rolling, the market size is limitless.
Just think about how many more and more drones are flying out there around earth...
