I don't think there's more at play, more that on HC the bulls tend to think any newer poster (or almost any poster for that matter) with thoughts that don't align to theirs is a down ramper, owner of a competitor, or something equally sinister.
It does save urself a lot of energy by not trying to discuss challenges as u see them.
I actually thought u explained ur position and why u held well.
