I believe they both had 135 mil on issue at completion of both IPOs. I'm not sure how many DRO options have been exercised since however. DRO have also recently raised a further $2.3 mil so there's even more that will be on issue.
You're right UUV won't need to raise funds for quite a while as money's in the bank. DRO on the other hand seem to be burning through money.
