    I dont quite understand what you're saying about silicon valley...? I'm not sure if you understand this company has a mature, deployed, cross sector measurement, analysis and reporting tool - the software part is now tinkering around the edges and keeping on top of changes. They're long past initial software and concept development, its sales and distribution time. Hence the sales team of 12 created last November to February.
