I dont agree with your pessimism. You're looking back not forward. They've got a sales team who will each have a yearly target of at least $1m. In my experience it takes 6-9 months per sales role to build the network that brings in that much business. (They had their last intake in about November from memory). While we've definitely seen a lag, it' not unexpected. We're starting to see the beginnng of the sales river flowing with the steady increase in sales of this update compared to the last.

Don't think of it in terms of sites and sales. Think of it in terms of resources and targets. They've loaded up the sales team to flood the pipe with work. The sales people 'have' to bring in the work, that's what they're there for.

Having done IT systems implementations and worked in the sales team, they take a while to get over the hurdles and into the business... buuut, that creates a massive barrier to entry for others. So once the money's coming in from these businesses, it's there to stay.
