Hi TJ, its across the line just needs to be announced.
Any plant built overseas in ASIA or the US will require input and management from the respective companies as well as engineers in those countries.
With the Zinc module sourced and currently being costed it shouldn't be long before the good old U S of A are in play with another big deal.
