My understanding is that they did a brilliant job with their due diligence with ABR which gave them the conclusion that a deal being offered by ABR was not in the best interest of the company due to technical issues and financial issues. My research of ABR gave the indication of limited funds hence two porpers in bed together.....pretty smelly if you ask me!

ABR had everything to gain...APG had everything to loose.

Great Call Guys!! and APG have sourced very similar technology that will do the job and already is in use taking out the RISK of the ABR technology not working.
