From what I gathered talking to them it is a DEAL/AGREEMENT and not an MOU.

Once final costings for the Zinc box are done another transaction will be announced with the USA. From what I gather they have had many discussions/negotiations with the USA so they are already a fair way down the track.

TJ, no one will work for free including them. Even if they wanted to they still have living expenses that is needed to be met.

As long as their salary is reasonable for the size of the company and we are making headway then many would say that is fair.

At this point, APG has no debt, all bills are paid up to date, and we have deals on the table.

Probably the best position we have been in in a long while and any good announcement should see a good increase in the sp reflecting the potential of the transaction and he USA deal soon to be announced after.
