Riding on the surface is no good..especially in the Caribbean. I recently purchased 3 acres here..15 miles offshore in the Caribbean Sea with 100 metres of beachfront. I'd love to buy a wave-energy system but as a long-term Carnegie investor I'll back CETO and happily install CETO Junior if they start with a small unit for private-island owners..thousands of those here. Hurricanes here would destroy surface riders
