You are a bit generous on the remuneration though, I was thinking more like $350k pa for the whole board actually.
Anyway, quarterly finance and notice of meeting/agenda to come. I'll be looking for a detailed and believable extraction plan somewhere in those documents.
Failing that, I think I'll be voting against the merger.
Perhaps someone might buy up CCE and take CETO development private if the merger fails.
