Monark, adding to R15's comment I would also think the party seeking the WI would have to reimburse drilling costs and facilities which have been paid minimising any negative effect to date. I also wonder if there would be a penalty like that detailed in the recent lease issue on Louise, if so that could be a positive but I am not sure if applicable. Either way someone see's value in pursuing the action and we see value worth defending.
