They're joking aren't they?!
They NEVER finish an existing plan. They ALWAYS seem to identify a further way to improve the process and the whole saga starts again! More money needed, more time needed, further test work scheduled...I cannot even fathom how this is possible..how are they allowed to do it?
Just another disastrous quarterly with absolutely no progress made. More money for management, more dilution for shareholders, it's just sickening for holders.
