If you go back a little we had DSD flapping on about long term contracts not being honoured due to the "glut". We had sircorp misunderstanding financials. Aborted takeovers and a major earthquake, if you bought at the height of the frenzied panic posting you would be comfortably ahead as the assets underpinning this are low cost, long life.
