To be fair in the past 5 year time frame OSH has equalled-WPL as far as the sbare price goes,they are both flat compared to 5 years ago--albeit better dividends from WPL--i would not make a bet for a 12 month price target as its virtually impossible to value this stock-( fingers in different pies) WPL did value this stock at $7.30 some time ago and they did see the books.I will make a firm decision in may,whether to hold sell or short--cheers
