Thanks for the comments. Has the manipulator bought back or is the accumulation still ongoing? 1.7 cents doesn't compute given announcements of the past week. The ST prediction for U at close to US$40 before year end and a very positive outlook for 2019. V is also probably going up even if there are pullbacks in the ST.
