Im trying to understand your statement here... how do LT holders prevent a company falling over... if all the LT holders from lets say 5+ years (not really sure what time frame one needs to be classed as a LT holder), lets say they sold all their shares to new investors, how is the company at risk?....makes no sense... simply a change in the share register... LT holders have no value to the company, no more value than a short term holder... in actual fact its new investors that keep a company from falling over, they are the ones that usually support CR's and alike, as LT holders are the ones that usually get burnt due to dilution... the only way a LT holder can stand a chance with the likes of such companies as Azure is to keep averaging down in hope the company eventually learns to stand on its own 2 feet...
Its kind of laughable to think LT holders are responsible for holding Azure up... Its the likes of the German investors that are keeping it afloat at present...
