Spurious grounds? That’s for each shareholder to determine. For many, a chronically underperforming shareprice over many many years is all the justification they need.

I don’t necessarily believe a spill will succeed, but I’m confident of corralling the 5% I need for to call a general meeting. This would undermine Tony’s position I believe, perhaps make his big money backers re-assess his tenure.

It would be foolish to underestimate me. I’m determined and methodical. I know how to write to an audience and I can use data and facts to outline the failings of the current leadership group and make a compelling case for change.

I really don’t think you understand the discontent and frustration among shareholders. It’s palpable. They are desperate to send a message. And it will be my honor to be their courier
