Im indeed thinking that some negotiable minimal "go away money" could indeed be a better result..
Call it a form of mitigation rather than having to go and have the company get beat up in a protracted court procedure, perish the thoughts and it ends in MZNs favour and the costs that would go with ruling..
Only Rox know how confident they are in their defence about its dealings with them and how also how opportunistic MZN want to take it . The MZN BOD are well versed when it comes to the courts it seems ....
My view is Mitigate (if any) damages by any means...
Hopefully they are that punch drunk after doing the rounds with KDR they will throw in the towel with us..
If it ends in the Courts then you will have your preferred outcome...and agreed YES too it ending in Roxs favour..GLTAHs
