Nightflyer, as a fellow shareholder I think the best result is the one that costs Rox the least (which I'm sure is what you're getting at, too). However a Mediation conference outcome doesn't guarantee that. Mediation is never an end-game in itself. If you feel you have to get an outcome from any mediation - doesn't matter what it is - you're in a weak position. If Rox assesses at the end of this mediation that the claim is going to have to be sorted out at trial then so be it - I'll back that call every day.
