Yes my research is Based on the corporate mandate put to the VKA board by the GTT ventures founding partner Mr Charles Thomas whom Incidentally happens to be the VKA Director. The proposed mandate had a Definitive 6months payment of services timeline which was obviously in GTT ventures eyes enough time to present a mature acquisition. So my research as you have stated is flawed and should be taken with a pinch of salt.

A new mandate may have been signed for 3 months or 2 years you are 100% correct until it is printed in black and white it isn’t a fact and I apologise for my inaccurate misleading post.
