6 million us is alot more than the current market cap of vka....
my guess though is that if the chinese really do intend to pay the money they will be haggling over the amount...
maybe 5 mill?
we know the project is probably worth more, but in all probability there is only one interested party i guess..
still at 1.6 it would seem a pretty low risk entry i would have thought?
