re: Ann: Quarterly Report for Quarter Ended 3... taking too long that's why, investors sick orf reading about potential jv's need action, looks ugly and sp reflects as much, will hit 17 and could go lower so then we get agreement and reach low 20's again, back to were we started, frustrating.
