re: Ann: Quarterly Report for quarter ended 3... I wish we knew what really is happening in Tanzania. How close is commercialisation, how much is needed for further exploration, how much has KEY been offered for their 20% interest in Nyuni and 50% interest in West Songo Songo?

Keep in mind that East Africa Exploration was paid $1m plus the 25% Aminex owned in two Kenya licences for their 10% interest in the Nyuni block.

Also in Tanzania, the results of the recent work on the Kiliwani North discovery and neighbouring prospects at Nyuni, coupled with the likelihood of an early go-ahead for
expansion of the gas handling plant at Songo-Songo Island, will allow us to plan for commercial gas development. We believe Kiliwani North can become a hub for potentially larger gas discoveries on adjacent prospects and we are actively prioritising these for future exploration.

During the remainder of 2010.......we will be preparing for further drilling in Tanzania on both the Ruvuma and Nyuni PSAs.

With a firm timetable for plant expansion and pipeline capacity increase now more likely, Kiliwani North reserves now established and further drillable prospects now well-defined which could tap into much larger gas reserves and feed into a hub at Songo-Songo, all the ingredients are falling into place for development of a gas business based on the Nyuni PSA.
