I don't think it is just the report that has the price heading south.
IMO, it is the placement hanging over our heads with insufficient clarification. Not sure about you but whilst I was reading through the report I was constantly searching for clues as to the need for a further 7 million dollars.
I know I am stating the obvious, but the lower she goes the lower the placement price (less 20% again). I am guessing this has a few people spooked as well.
