An interesting line in the Q:

"the potential for an IPO".

So in just over a year, AEE have gone from announcing a plan to IPO Haggan including short-listing of banks/brokers (12/17) to separate listing options remain active and likely to be delayed until early 2019 (10/18) to a potential IPO.

Likely? Very. It was.

Delays with IPO and only now a potential IPO. Why? No takers or the company sees better value by retaining 100% control over the asset?

My view was always the company would only spin it off it was a dud and could help fund Tiris in the ST by lifting the MC.

Delays with Tiris. Again.

Finally, if the CR is to the financiers as a cornerstone investment, then great news. If it is yet another soph placement with/without free oppies then not so good.

Still watching this stock with interest. But the crucial delays are reflected in the SP level, imo. I first started watching AEE at 0.025 and posted here at 0.023. My patience has been rewarded.
