Nobody said it was not normal and nothing wrong with his side ventures... I am sure he has many more up his sleeve too. As long as EXL and Nunyara Pharma are the main focus he could collect rubbish on his weekends for all I care.
Anyway all this is irrelevant to EXL. For now...
