I think we're having two different discussions, so let me clarify. I'm was just talking short-term, but you guys are talking about whether that investment they eventually make will be worth it at all, which is another thing altogether. For the immediate future they aren't rushing ahead with investments into the medical Aus side at the expense of profits or investments into the US side. I think we're on the same page there.

As for whether it's a waste, I don't disagree with those comments, but I do think that taking their time and letting this play out is the right call. This is still a very new space that isn't even legal yet here, and barely settled where it is. For all we know, new advancements and developments could make all research up to this point a waste. Or even legal or political issues invalidating all the work being done in other countries, our requirements for medical may be very different and require new strains. I think Elixinol's Aus plans are fairly conservative and sensible, and won't destroy the rest of the company even if they fail.

If, in the future, Elixinol do indicate they're going to waste tons of money into the Aus medical at the expense of their profitable businesses, then I'll reconsider my investment. But at the moment management seem pretty happy to focus on the hemp side of things, and I think that's a good decision.
