IGS Ann 30 January 2015 (4th Q Report 2014): says they will do the following;
Exploration activities proposed for the next 3 month period include:
* Complete compilation of drilling and validation of database and initiate grade and geological modelling efforts in 3D software packages.
* Complete more detailed metallurgical study work on both oxide and sulphide material from across the União, Carrapato, and Ana PF Prospect resource areas.
* Complete optimisation studies and define the preferred processing method to be utilised in a proposed centralised milling/processing options.
Its now 11/02/2015 and 1st Q report 2015 due 1st April 2015 so they have some +/- 45 days to complete the above per the Director's report but only have $10,000 in the bank !!
The Directors have said they are going to acquire "Woof Woof" project and raise $1 m - not a chance will anyone invest with these guys !! All of the supposed $1 m to be raised (ha ha ha) dream land will be spent on Woof Woof project, so then how is the above per quarterly report going to be done on Brazil project with $10,000 - Reality is it will not be done and is false reporting as they cant demonstrate how they are going to pay for it !!
What happend to the 2nd February 2015 Notice to SH - nothing !!!! I havent received one !!!!
TS (Total Sh*t) and Directors have failed the IGS SH miserably and should be held accountable and if so "Class Action" rings a bell !
Nothing is being done pursuant to the Ann that have been made "NOTHING" otherwise SH would have information by way of Announcements and these is none !!
