"Following the receipt of shareholder approval during the quarter, Laneway progressed its capital raisingprogram to raise $3 million via the issue of ordinary shares and convertible notes. During the quarter Lanewayissued a total of 158,500,000 shares at $0.003 per share and 288,000,000 unlisted $0.005 June 2021 convertible notes.

They didn't RAISE $3 million.  They progressed their programme to raise $3 million, but, have only "raised" $1,915,500 from the issue of 158,500,00 shares and 288,000,000 convertible notes, less transaction costs for the CR and see Note .3 where the Directors "contributions" were offset against loans, salary, office costs etc.
