Sorry to hear that. I've been wrong on a few occasions before () but IMO it's black and white that they'll be out of cash before May. They'll likely do a heavily discounted CR which will drive the SP lower and lower.
Not giving advice, but if you believe in the viability of the project and this team, then it shouldn't really affect the outcome in the long-term. However, you should prepare for lower prices in the short-term IMO.
