If BOD + Management team really working hard and well organize straight away , then:
Either Off-take Agreements should be signed ONE WEEK after drilling results come out .
Or Fund raising at at least 0.006 after discount - No less than that number.
That is what 92% quiet + silent voting shares holding should think about.
