    The plan says a 66kv transmission line (poles and wire) to evacuate power to Serowe.  

    Is this going to be there ‘gateway to the grid’ ?  Of course that will evacuate 2mw and ‘up to’ 10mw of power. But can anyone say what the line carrying capacity of 66kv line is?  I don’t think we are going to particularly like the answer to that question....
