Having been in small business all my life I KNOW it is a universal practice for owners NOT to pay themselves when things are tough.
I noticed in the cash flow report that the outgoing executive was PAID on termination.
This is why the Australian Public have lost confidence in the Share Market. The Directors of MRV seem no different from all the others in that, even though the Company has done NOTHING in FOUR YEARS for the shareholders, it is always most important to PAY the Directors.
Universally on the ASX the interest of the Directors is ALWAYS paramount to that of the Company. The directors get paid for any reason or absolutely no reason. MRV is NO DIFFERENT. And it is November and NOT A SINGLE development or courtesy statement to the loyal long term shareholders.
I wrote to MRV about these thing TWICE.
NO RESPONSE.
