I think the 0.8C buyers are waiting for people to sell into but it's not happening as others have said. With a deal looking closer and some of the recent buying urgency the 0.9's will need to be bought into.
Maybe in a few weeks time the 0.9's will look as cheap as the 0.6's that were on offer do now.
