That means mns has to come up with 20m+ for it's direct and indirect holdings in imp3, if no finance can be found. Which financial institution would lend to imp3, without a complete business plan. There is no feasibility study. It's like asking the bank for a loan and you have no job but just finished uni, and you tell them I'm going to get work. You may get work, but how much are you going to get paid, that's the problem. The loan would be secured by 5m of second hand specialist equipment. So only 10% deposit. I doubt anybody would stump up cash, just like what's been happening the last few years
