If he isn't willing to dilute shareholders, why are they asking for shareholders permission to issue another 10% of total shares on issue at the upcoming AGM... Like Expendables said... just more of the same spin. I remember our ex-managing director Dr. Leon Pretorius many many moons ago also saying the same thing ie. he didn't want to dilute shareholders... and look where we are today...
