If a deal is done we stand to make money - if not well that's the risk of gambling on a high risk micro cap.
interesting to see vcr is still looking to try and get people to invest in TGN by bagging out SEI.
At a $250million MC for TGN I see the risk/reward profile as being far better for SEI but that's just my opinion.
