Ann: Quarterly Cashflow Report, page-13

Frustrated as we all are. There are a couple of interesting observations.

1. As far as I'm aware only two tungsten mines have started and still going in the West in the last 10 years. Spain and Vietnam.
2. WLF has hit the wall because the borrowed too much and bullshitted about their recoveries. Jim told me 4 years ago that WLF won't make it.
3. WLF basically sold out the small shareholders so only the top 4 had 90% of the company.
4. Jim, Russell and Leon were trying to make sure everybody benefitted. I'm sure they could have done a deal many times over which screwed the ordinary shareholder. They have been trying to avoid this, that's why this has taken time.  
5. Russell doesn't get his bonus shares unless he pulls the deal off. I think it's more than just a part time hobby for Russell.
