I am also bemused by the lack of sp performance, certainly with lack of volume its open to manipulation!JSE shareholding is a lot smaller with smaller volumes so there is no parity per se.
Regarding the possibility of a t/o surely with IGO and Temba there seems to be enough investors to take the project to production??
And potential buyers I assume would wait till production is underway in order to conduct a proper due diligence.
I suppose 2020 is not that far off
