I think it wouldn't at all hurt Armour to make an IR case here on HC for itself as I have seen some other mineral companies here do in the past and get lots of new set of eyes looking at our great strategic proposition for those who simply may not have been aware of AJQ at all and boost some interest that way.
On the other hand there is a lot of short term impatient investors out there that are just jumping on the certain boat because others seem to be... ( I would never consider that a prudent way to invest) , I simply do based on the available facts and my own researched guidance and instincts. As Buffet says no use following an irrational market or crowd but you should have conviction in the actual business you are part owner of as opposed to being just speculator or day trader. So for those with short term views, AJQ may be the long game they are not prepared to enter yet.
Yet the market cannot ignore the success and transformation of AJQ forever, AJQ had analyst coverage in the past in the early years and Im sure we are bound to get that back sooner or later once that happens we also put ourselves on the wider radar.
One last point on unpredictability of markets..I too am often left perplexed by some market movements..One incredible energy stock that I followed recently was JAT, ( JAT Energy), dont know how many would be familiar with that one for example..but they went from being an unsuccessfull company looking at alternative energy sources with share price hovering around 6c to positioning themselves now away from all things energy related and developing their own brand of baby formula and milk powder and being a fast moving consumer goods import/export company to China thanks to their billionaire owner. the shareprice went from ~ 6cents, to them being taken off for several months from trading from ASX following investigation into their operations and switch of industry focus to then being allowed to resume trading and hitting a high of 23c. They have had very high daily trade volumes as well as very active HC participants ever since and yet if you look at the fundamentals they hardly made any profit to date also. So the their valuation is on the potential..something AJQ is finding harder to get recognised for. Go figure. GLTA
