Yes the buy/sells has really increased lately....it's almost as though someone is trying to kickstart some share price action.
I don't think they can do a C/R with this amount of uncertainty surrounding the business. I wouldn't be game to contribute in the current climate.

I was pleased to see increased sales to Kenya though. We really need the diversification but at the same time, tip toe around the Bulldozer.
He may very well want to see us complete all the hard work then fail so the government can take 100% of the company and shaft shareholders.
