You’ll find a lot of these sellers have a lot of free float shares.

Example: Brought in at .018/.019 sold a chunk of shares at .025/.026 which gives them there original investment back or a substantial amount of it.

They can afford to still sell down to low/mid 1s without actually taking any losses.

It’s been the same problem since pm1 relisted, and probably won’t change until a very good announcement is made.
