I thought they raised $1.8m but the cashflow said only 1.2 m
can someone help me out here or does the other placement have to be vote on b4 they get the cash ?
At the end of Dec they had $900k but look to spend $1.4m ..
Even if they added the $1.8m to the $900k and took away the upcoming spend of $1.4 that would only leave them $1.3m and still no production ... Have I got this right ?
