well IMO a cynic could suggest that the dilution in favour of the top SH's been going on for a while - so what are the chances that market gets pocket mined and at some stage the company goes to non-publicly listed??. possibility I guess but also that dilution keeps happening whilst market gets mined then another consolidation which won't impact too greatly on major SH's as they got the free options?. realistically there are a number of scenarios here but I just can't see any for short-medium term benefit for the ordinary SH! what am I overlooking?
