Im less bullish on the last two mentioned, but they add very little to NTA anyway. But if SOLG goes to mid .55pence range that is a lot of Net tangible banannas for us DGR holders. Plus takeover potential, plus something from one of SOLGs other properties, plus any number of other devolpments that happen, i.e something in Queensland for IRR??
