Looks the the boys just got a huge bunch of options in Solg last week. This should stop any takeover but its going to cost the 60p to convert. NM probably has the money but the others might have to pick a few leaves off his tree !
There's just not enough news flow to sustain the shareprice and the market just has no confidence they will be paid for investing in DGR the "company maker " The huge discount to NTA is a massive turnoff as most will think theres something they can not see and simply walk away !.
If you were to click on company announcements theres barely any details in there apart from Appendix 3B and business updates.
Would be nice to see something like "Investment in Tier 1 Gold project SOLG.."
