    Forgot about Bubs..clearly FPL has the effect of creating signifigant
    mood swings without any basis in fact....

    On 10/7..Bubs stated that[as holder]..capital raising represented...
    "a major milestone to advance the prospects of a growing company"

    But not 3 weeks later has declared ,in terms of soph. investors,..
    "if they are putting money into FPL then they are just plain stupid"

    Love it.!!
